Image Submission Guidelines

DiscoverET.org is pleased to be able to offer the new Image Gallery featuring images from all around East Tennessee. Please abide by these guidelines when submitting your images for possible inclusion in the gallery:

The image must have been made by you. If individuals are recognizable in the photo, you certify that you have on file a WRITTEN release from them to use the image. DiscoverET.org will not be held responsible for this documentation.
You allow DiscoverET to display the image on our website, in the gallery and on the home page. You allow DiscoverET to modify the file size of the image to fit our display layout.
Please submit the image in the JPEG (*.jpg or *.jpeg) format, no larger than 4 x 6 inches and 72 dots per inch resolution.
Please submit images by email, NOT ZIPPED, and one-at-a-time to contact@discoveret.org with "East Tennessee Image" in the subject line. Please include your name, on-line location of your images if you wish, where the photo was taken, camera and settings if known, and other information you feel is pertinent. We reserve the right to edit this information.
Images may be of scenic locations, your public events, or other topics that reflect the diversity of geography, community, and individuals in East Tennessee.
